The Big Smoothie

The Big Smoothie is the largest smoother new to the market. Being a cake maker myself I often decorate large tall cakes and with this in mind I wanted to create something that would help me save time, smooth a cake and create a sharp edge every time.

Measuring 10 inches tall and wide, lightweight , it has an easy grip shaped handle and been carefully created with two thicknesses of acrylic. The frontage in a 3 mm to help glide smoothly round the cake and the 90 degree right angle base and handle being made of 5mm acrylic to give it extra strength and help create a sharp edge .Suitable for all cake makers at any level, it will help you achieve a sharp edge and smooth finish round any fondant covered cake

Instructions for cleaning , wash in warm soapy water, *NOT dishwasher safe*
